Watercolor Art class,

Never picked up a brush before? No problem. This class is for a complete beginner as well as intermediate and advance learners. You will experiment with watercolors from the basics. You will learn the power of water + paint, basics of color mixing, creating transparent, translucent and opaque effects, and identifying the values and hues that you want to work with. You will train your eyes and brain to identify and recreate gradation, lay in light and shadow, as well as textures.
This class introduces the basics of composition in watercolor with emphasis on creative interpretation. Students receive individual attention while painting a variety of subject matter.
Dates: Thursdays, June 16th to July 14th (5 weeks)
